our team
The Niebieska Przystań team in Wilanów is made up of preschool teachers, English teachers and specialists who support children’s development: a psychologist, a special education teacher, a speech therapist, a neuro-speech therapist and a sensory integration therapist.
Teachers and specialists work together every day, sharing their observations about how the children are developing and getting on. This way we can choose together the activities that best suit each child’s needs.
Head of Preschool
Preschool teachers
Every day our teachers create an atmosphere in which children feel safe, seen and encouraged to explore the world for themselves. They carefully follow each child’s progress, support their development and help them build on their strengths. They regularly take part in training and workshops so they can use proven methods and respond as well as possible to the needs of children and their families.

English teachers
Our English teachers introduce children to a second language through play, songs and everyday situations, so learning feels natural and enjoyable. They patiently accompany every child at their own pace, building confidence in speaking and familiarity with the language. They keep developing their skills, using proven language-teaching methods designed for young children.

Speech therapist
Our speech therapist supports children in developing clear pronunciation, communication and the speech organs. She observes each child and runs sessions tailored to their individual needs, and works with parents, sharing tips and exercises that help reinforce progress in everyday situations too.

Preschool psychologist
Our psychologist helps children better understand their own emotions, build self-confidence and learn to cooperate and form relationships with others. She also supports parents and teachers, looking together for the best ways to respond to each child’s needs and accompany them in their everyday development.

Special education teacher
Our special education teacher supports children in developing independence and social skills and in taking an active part in everyday preschool life. She works with teachers and parents to tailor support to each child’s individual needs and create the right conditions for their development together.

Sensory integration (SI) therapist
Our sensory integration therapist supports children in developing coordination, balance and the processing of sensory information. Sessions take place in a specially equipped sensory integration room and are tailored to each child’s individual needs.

Neuro-speech therapist
Our neuro-speech therapist supports the development of speech, communication and the skills needed to communicate well. She observes each child and runs sessions tailored to their individual needs, and works with parents, sharing tips and exercises that help reinforce progress at home too.
Music teacher
Our music teacher develops children’s musical sensitivity, sense of rhythm and creativity through singing, musical games and movement. The sessions also support concentration, memory, coordination and self-confidence, encouraging children to express their emotions creatively.

Extra activities instructors
Our extra activities instructors develop children’s interests and natural talents through music, dance, art and sports sessions. They encourage creativity, activity and discovering new skills in an atmosphere of fun and joy.
